Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Purchase Policy is a binding agreement between you ("User", "You" or "Your") and RoameSIM concerning your access to and use of our prepaid travel eSIM services via our website at roamesim.io (the "Platform").

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR SERVICES OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY AND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USING THE PLATFORM.

RoameSIM is delivered to you electronically and instantly. Once an eSIM has been provisioned and delivered, it cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Payment is made at checkout via credit or debit card through Stripe.

How to purchase

You may purchase prepaid eSIM data plans directly on our website at roamesim.io. Select your destination, choose a package, enter your email address and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. No account registration is required.

Purchase type

All purchases on roamesim.io are one-off prepaid data packages with a fixed data allowance and validity period. There are no recurring subscriptions or in-app wallet balances on our website.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively and will only affect new purchases made after the change is published on the Platform.

Non-payment

If payment is not completed or is declined, your order will not be processed and no eSIM will be delivered.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in this Policy and our Refund Policy.

Delivery

After successful payment, your eSIM is provisioned and delivered electronically within minutes. The QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You also receive a private order tracking link to retrieve your eSIM details at any time. It is your responsibility to install and activate the eSIM correctly on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device.

Cancellation

Because eSIMs are digital products provisioned immediately after payment, cancellation is generally not possible once delivery has started. If you have not yet installed or activated your eSIM and believe you ordered in error, contact us promptly at info@roamesim.io.

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it is considered used and cannot be cancelled. Removing the eSIM from your device does not entitle you to a refund.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made on our website are handled by RoameSIM in accordance with our detailed Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Refunds may be available if the eSIM cannot be installed or used due to a technical problem on our side, subject to cooperation with our support team.
  • Refund requests must generally be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  • No refund is offered once the eSIM has been installed or activated, or when the validity period has expired.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
