Refund Policy

1. General Policies

1.1 The refund policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of RoameSIM's platform.

1.2 The customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM if the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical problem on our side.

1.3 Refund may be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase when activation is no longer possible after thorough troubleshooting in cooperation with our support team and the customer.

1.4 Cooperation with the customer to resolve the problem promptly is required for a refund to be granted. We are not responsible if communication from the customer is intermittent and untimely, causing delays in the support process and exceeding the maximum refund request timeframe.

1.5 Each data package has its own validity period. No refund will be offered for the remaining data when the validity period expires.

2. Compensation

No refunds or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges for alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative carriers, hotel phones or other charges that are not directly linked to purchases made on roamesim.io.

3. Fraudulent and Unauthorized Purchases

RoameSIM reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity related to the use of our products and services. In addition, RoameSIM reserves the right to suspend any account associated with abusive, illegal or fraudulent activity.

4. Exclusion of Refunds

Once the customer installs the eSIM, it will be considered used and no refunds will be offered.

5. Charging Errors

If the customer believes that the charge made is incorrect and/or different from the one shown on our website, the customer must file a claim within 7 days from the date of purchase.

6. Refund Costs and Values

If a refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund value that a customer can request must be equal to or less than the total amount paid, never more.

7. Requesting a Refund

To start a refund process, send an email to info@roamesim.io or contact us through our website at roamesim.io.

Our support team will ask for all necessary information to support the refund request. This may include screenshots of your mobile device or order details, depending on the nature of the refund.

8. Method of Refund

If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method used at the time of purchase (via Stripe). Refund times may take up to 30 days depending on your bank or financial institution.
