Why we built it
Most travel eSIM problems are settings, not a broken plan. The wrong line is selected for data. Roaming is off. The QR is scanned on cellular instead of Wi-Fi. A long PDF at 1 a.m. in an airport does not fix that.
The assistant is not a general chatbot. It stays on install and connection: add the eSIM, pick the travel line, turn roaming on, test data, set APN if needed. It waits for you to confirm before the next step.
How to open it
- Stay on roamesim.io (shop, destination, or blog).
- Tap the purple round button in the bottom-right corner. On a phone it sits above the WhatsApp button.
- Read the welcome, then tap a starting option.
Starting options include:
- Install my eSIM
- My eSIM is installed but internet doesn't work
- Check if my phone supports eSIM
- QR code isn't working
- APN help
- I deleted my eSIM

What a good session looks like
Say you bought a Turkey plan and the QR is in your email.
- Open the assistant on Wi-Fi.
- Tap Install my eSIM.
- Tell it iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, or other Android.
- Follow the single instruction on screen. Tap Done or I need help.
- After landing, come back and tap the no-internet option if maps will not load. It will check the travel line and data roaming before anything else.
On the phone the line is named Travel-Connect. Look for that label under Cellular Plans or SIMs. Do not search the phone menus for the word RoameSIM.
Never paste card numbers into the chat. It will not invent a QR, SM-DP+ address, or activation code. Use the values from your order email.

Buying from Turkey, installing before you fly

If the assistant cannot finish the job
Tap Talk to support in the same panel, or email info@roamesim.io with your order reference, phone model, and a screenshot of Cellular / SIMs. Do not delete an installed profile to “try again”. That can burn the QR.

Do I need an account to use it?
No. Guest checkout customers can open it the same way. Have your order email nearby if you need APN or QR help.
What can the assistant do?

What name will I see on my phone?
The cellular plan on the device is labelled Travel-Connect, not RoameSIM. The assistant asks you to look for Travel-Connect under Cellular Plans or SIMs.
Can it replace human support?
