TL;DR: No Service means no network registration. Confirm coverage, turn the eSIM on, try manual network selection, restart, and verify plan validity.

First checks

  • Are you inside a country listed on your plan?
  • Is the eSIM line enabled?
  • Has validity or data expired?

Manual network selection

iPhone: Settings → Cellular → eSIM line → Network Selection → Automatic Off → choose a supported network.

Android: Settings → Mobile network → Automatically select network Off → pick a listed operator.

Your package page / email lists supported networks. Related: SOS only, iPhone fixes.

More fixes

  1. Airplane mode 30 seconds.
  2. Full restart.
  3. Update carrier settings / OS if available.
  4. Disable VPN.
